Order Processing

We process all orders within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Options

Standard Shipping:

  • Carrier: DHL or FedEx
  • Delivery Time: 10-15 business days after shipment
  • Cost: $12.95 USD

Free Shipping:

  • Carrier: EMS
  • Delivery Time: 15-25 business days after shipment
  • Available for orders over $50 USD

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and customs processing. We ship worldwide except to certain Asian regions and remote areas.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Every Day Wear Shop pieces as much as we do. If you’re not completely satisfied, you may return or exchange most items within 15 days of receiving your order.

Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for a return or exchange:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached
  • Items must be in their original packaging
  • Proof of purchase is required

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on:

  • Swimwear (if the hygiene seal is removed)
  • Underwear and hosiery
  • Personalized or customized items

How to Return an Item

  1. Contact Us within 15 days of receiving your order by emailing [email protected] with your order number and return details.
  2. Wait for Approval – Our team will review your request and email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions within 2 business days.
  3. Package Your Return – Securely pack the item(s) in original packaging with all tags attached. Include a copy of your order confirmation.
  4. Ship Your Return – Send to our returns center at:

    International customers: Please mark packages as “Returned Goods” to avoid customs charges.

Important: We recommend using a trackable shipping service as you are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or defective. We cannot be responsible for lost return packages.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days
  • Your refund will be credited to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Please allow 1-2 billing cycles for the refund to appear on your statement
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable

Exchange Process

  • We’ll ship your replacement once we receive and process your return
  • Processing typically takes 3-5 business days after we receive your return
  • You’ll receive a tracking number for your exchange
  • If your desired item is out of stock, we’ll issue a refund instead
  • We cover shipping costs for exchanges

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund and cover all associated shipping costs.
