At Every Day Wear Shop, we want you to love your premium contemporary clothing as much as we do. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re happy to offer returns or exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order.
Our Return Policy
We accept returns and exchanges for most items within 15 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached
- Items must be in their original packaging
- Proof of purchase is required
Note: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on the following items:
- Swimwear (if the hygiene seal is removed)
- Underwear and hosiery
- Personalized or customized items
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Follow these simple steps to process your return or exchange:
- Contact us within 15 days of receiving your order by emailing [email protected] with your order number and details about the item you’d like to return or exchange.
- Wait for approval – Our customer service team will review your request and email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions within 2 business days.
- Package your return – Securely pack the item(s) in the original packaging with all tags attached. Include a copy of your order confirmation or packing slip.
- Ship your return – Send the package to our returns center at the address provided in your RMA email. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as you are responsible for the return shipping costs.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective. For exchanges, we’ll cover the cost of shipping the replacement item to you.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days
- Your refund will be credited to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Please allow 1-2 billing cycles for the refund to appear on your credit card statement
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
Exchange Process
For exchanges:
- We’ll ship your replacement item once we receive and process your return
- Processing time is typically 3-5 business days after we receive your return
- You’ll receive a tracking number for your exchange shipment
- If the item you want is out of stock, we’ll issue a refund instead
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage or defect. We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund and cover all associated shipping costs.

Important: For international returns, please mark the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid customs charges. We cannot be responsible for return packages that are lost in transit, so we strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method and retaining your proof of postage.
